The battle has begun.
Whilst the greatest modern rivalry in tennis may be considered to be Federer vs Nadal, for the significance that it held on both's careers, the most competitive I think should be taken to be this one: Djokovic vs Nadal, with a Head 2 Head of 22-19 to Rafa (a win will be added to one of the numbers today)
This comes from a Federer fan.
At the end of Federer's, Nadal's, and quite possibly Djokovic's careers, no matter who has the more titles, the more Majors, the more weeks at No.1, the better H2H, Roger, Rafa, and indeed Novak too, should be all considered on an equal level for their own reasons, as the greatest ever player.
Until a newcomer arrives, Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic are all the GOAT. (With utmost respect to the likes of Sampras, Borg, and Laver)
Help will always be given to those who ask
Hello. This is a blog that posts about basically anything that interests me. Just in the hope of keeping me entertained! I really don't have a life do I! Anyway... this is my blog.

AO final
I feel so sorry for Nadal fighting with the injury.
Everyone watching, please understand the seriousness and respect him. He has eery right to look injured.

Summer Holidays
The holidays have begun again...
According to my online countdown that I have created, it is 40 days, 20 hours, 7 minutes, and 40 seconds (as of when I am writing this sentence) left until I leave my house for the bus stop.
This summer holiday is probably going to be even more boring than ever. The only thing that I'm doing ( a big thing) is going to Germany for 5 days.
The summer holidays are too long. You get bored easily, you have nothing to really entertain you.
I've needed to be really careful about what I post on this blog, seeing as a good few people from school have found out about this whole sad, useless, pointless (you name it) blog, and those people are (regularly?) checking this blog to see if I've posted anything, um... strange, harsh, private, sad, funny...(the list goes on).
That is about it for now, though I still have a funny feeling that I've forgotten something.

PS. and yes, I will continue posting pointless things on here. Why? Well, I've got nothing better to do you see...

Shock!
Rafa Nadal has just lost in the FIRST round to Steve Darcis (ranked 117th in the world) in straight sets. 7-6(4), 7-6(8), 6-4. A brilliant performance by Darcis to stun the possibly injured Spaniard. (That sentence sounds so posh doesn't it...)
That clears the way for Roger Federer, seeded 3rd, who now has an easier route to the Semi finals, as he would have met Nadal in the quarter finals (had they both got there).
