I don't really understand what you mean. What I did was have the picture of the two running, and put an autoshape. I filled this shape with a picture of the union jack I took. I did all of this process on word, but then screenprinted it onto a paint. I selected only the bit of the screenprint I wanted (only the bit with the picture on)and copied it onto a different paint page. I saved the latter and inserted it into this blog.
Did you make that picture because the flag looks different to the rest?
